There is no minimum commitment your subscription is set to renew every 4 weeks (or yearly if the annual plan is selected) and can be cancelled easily through our website and/or by contacting our support team using the email you used to create your account.

You get access to all the programs we have inside the app. This includes our 3 Ongoing calendars (Strength & Conditioning, Full Body Aesthetics, and 3x Week Full Body Aesthetics) as well as all of our one off programs that range from 6-12 weeks inside the plans tab. Right now we have between 8-10 in there at any given time.

Over 70% of our users follow the Full Body Aesthetics program exclusively. So we always recommend starting there! It is also the one program that is responsible for the most transformations, you really can not go wrong!

Majority of our programs, you will need a barbell, plates, dumbbells, squat rack, pull-up bar, and a bench. If we do ever program machines or cables there is always an alternative movement that you can swap it out for.

Dumbbell:
Yes, we do have a dumbbell only program inside our plans section. It is 12 weeks long and it is a perfect starter program to set you up for one of our more advanced full body or other body part split programs!Bodyweight:
Although these kinds of programs do not provide the best results for our clients. we do have bodyweight and dumbbell only programs.Friendly reminder: To truly transform your body, you need progressive overload that can only come from using weights.
